About the roleWe are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Director – Technical Sales, IT Services & Delivery to lead enterprise technology engagements, drive business development, and oversee successful delivery of IT services and staffing solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of enterprise-level IT services, technical consulting, project delivery, resource augmentation, and workforce solutions. The role requires an individual who can engage with senior client stakeholders, understand complex business and technology requirements, develop winning solutions, and ensure consistent delivery excellence.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can bridge the gap between business development, technology solutions, client relationship management, and delivery execution.
Key responsibilities1. Enterprise Sales & Business Development• Identify, develop, and convert recent business opportunities across enterprise IT services, technology consulting,



project-based engagements, and staffing solutions.
• Build relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, procurement leaders, IT directors, and talent acquisition leaders.
• Develop proposals, solution presentations, commercial models, statements of work (SOWs), and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Drive account growth, new client acquisition, revenue generation, and long-term strategic partnerships.
• Understand client business challenges and translate them into commercially viable technology and workforce solutions.

2. Technical Solutions & Consulting• Understand enterprise technology environments, IT transformation initiatives, application development, cloud, data, AI, infrastructure, and digital engineering requirements.
• Collaborate with technical architects, solution teams, and delivery leaders to develop appropriate solutions.
