Role Description This is a full-time Business Development role focused on influencer marketing, structured as a hybrid position based in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with brands and agencies, and presenting tailored influencer marketing solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, conducting pitches and negotiations, collaborating with internal teams to design campaign proposals,



and tracking performance against revenue and growth targets. The position also requires staying current with social media trends, understanding influencer ecosystems, and providing feedback to improve services and client experience.
Qualifications

• Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
• Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media campaign management.
• Strong relationship-building and account management abilities with brands and agencies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and market trends.
• Comfort working in a hybrid workplace, with self-management and time-management skills.
• Prior experience in advertising, media, or creator economy/startup environments is an advantage.
