Role Description The Head of Human Resources at FCS Filings is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position oversees the entire HR function, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and processes that support organizational goals while ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.



Daily activities include advising leadership on HR strategy, managing employee relations issues, conducting HR audits, and monitoring HR metrics to drive continuous improvement. The Head of Human Resources will partner closely with senior management to shape company culture, support talent development, and create a fair, inclusive, and productive workplace.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with proven experience leading HR functions or teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and updating HR Policies aligned with organizational objectives and best practices.
