Role Overview
This role supports the Firm’s UAE Tax Advisory Practice with a primary focus on technical research and
high-quality professional drafting. The position is ideal for professionals inclined towards analytical
work and structured advisory writing.
Core Responsibilities
Drafting
 Independently drafting and managing team:
o Tax advisory opinions
o Technical memorandums
o Client responses
o Issue notes, presentations, and research papers
o Articles and tax alerts

Other Responsibilities
 Assist in drafting and curating Marketing collateral and presentations
 Support content planning for:




o LinkedIn and professional platforms
o Client communication material
 Maintain content repositories and standard templates

Knowledge Management
 Maintain and update internal tax knowledge repositories
 Develop standardized templates and drafting formats

Required Skill Set
 Managing team
 Excellent Knowledge of Internation Tax.
 Excellent professional written English
 Strong analytical and interpretational ability
 Valuable understanding of tax laws and legal documents
 Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Qualification
 Chartered accountant/ CMA/ Tax advocate
