The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing the business processes, identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to enhance efficiency. The candidate requires robust analytical skills, excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Analyse data to identify patterns, trends, insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

• Financial Crime & Frauds, Payments
• Data Processing & ETL
• Machine Learning

• Agile Methodology (User Stories, Epics, Tasks, effort estimation)
• Quantexa certification / knowledge will be a bonus.

People & Talent

• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills to articulate at different levels, aptitude for creative problem solving, drive innovation.




• Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions that meet business needs and objectives.

• The ability to interpret the Group's financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.
