Job Summary
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven AVP – B2C to build, launch, and scale recent B2C revenue streams using Zyla’s existing consumer ecosystem.
Today, our business primarily operates on a B2B2C model, where corporate clients engage Zyla to deliver care management services to their employees.



The next phase of growth is to integrate everyday healthcare products and services as part of the care journey, that can be monetized via the end user.
The person will own the end-to-end process of identifying opportunities, validating demand, developing business models, launching recent offerings, and driving adoption and revenue from the existing user base. This could include paid healthcare services, specialised care programs, wellness offerings, subscriptions, diagnostic services, and other relevant consumer propositions.

How you will make an impact:
Business strategy and growth
• Define and execute Zyla’s B2C business strategy, with a clear focus on creating incremental revenue streams from the existing user base.
• Identify opportunities to monetise the existing audience by understanding their healthcare needs, behaviours, demographics, and consumption patterns.
• Develop new business models, pricing strategies, revenue models, and monetisation frameworks.
• Own the B2C bus
