Role Description The Cafe Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing daily café operations. This includes managing staff schedules, supervising the service team, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the day. The Cafe Manager will monitor product quality, coordinate food and beverage preparation, manage inventory and ordering,



and uphold cleanliness and safety standards. The role also involves handling cash and digital payments, tracking sales performance, and implementing initiatives to increase revenue and guest satisfaction. The Cafe Manager will work closely with leadership to support brand standards, train team members, and maintain a positive, efficient work environment.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Experience in food & beverage and food service operations, including café or restaurant management.
