Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive at Hobfit. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, conduct product demos, and convert prospective users into paying customers through consultative selling. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to improve conversion and retention. The role involves understanding users’ health goals, clearly communicating Hobfit’s value proposition, and tailoring solutions to individual needs. The Sales Executive will also provide regular feedback on user needs and market trends to help refine product offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications

• Proven skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, preferably in health-tech or consumer wellness.
• Solid abilities in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals while maintaining a user-centric approach.
• Experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, and data-driven decision-making to track and optimize performance.
• Clear, confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
