About the Role
QLO Group is building an integrated ecosystem of businesses across automotive ownership,
mobility, automotive commerce, and related services.
We are looking for a confident, results-oriented, and relationship-driven Lead – B2B
Partnerships & Business Development to independently identify, develop, and grow
corporate collaborations, strategic partnerships, and new business opportunities for QLO
Group.
This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with end-to-end ownership of B2B
partnerships and business development. The role currently has no direct reports and is suited
to someone who is comfortable personally driving business development activities rather than
managing an existing team.




You will independently own opportunities end to end — from prospecting and initial
identification through meetings, proposal development, commercial negotiation,
closure, onboarding, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, and
strategic partnerships.
• Prospect through networking, referrals, market outreach, and other business-
development channels.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, business partners, and key decision-
makers.
• Personally conduct client meetings, presentations, business discussions, and
commercial negotiations.
• Understand client and partner requirements and develop suitable proposals and
commercial solutions.
• Negotiate and close corporate collaborations and partnership opportunities.
• Manage the complete business-development cycle from lead generation and
qualification through negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
