About the Role
The Trainee Credit Analyst position offers a structured entry into the Australian mortgage and credit industry. During the six-month Career Launch Phase, candidates will receive practical training, professional mentorship, and exposure to Australian residential mortgage applications.




This is an chance to develop specialised financial analysis and credit assessment skills while working with industry-specific tools, lender policies, and real-world lending scenarios.
The role is designed for candidates who want to build a core finance career rather than pursue routine administrative work.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyse residential mortgage applications for the Australian market.
• Assess borrower income, expenses, liabilities, assets, and overall financial position.
• Evaluate borrower eligibility against lender-specific credit policies and lending guidelines.
• Understand loan structures, loan-to-value ratios (LVR), servicing calculations, and credit risk.
• Review financial documents, bank statements, payslips, tax returns, and supporting evidence.
• Identify discrepancies, potential risks, and missing documentation in loan applications.
• Assist in preparing accurate and compliant loan applic
