Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands the business of building a D2C fashion brand, someone who can turn creative ideas into compelling content, build a loyal community, and make people fall in love with the brand before they even make their first purchase.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN1. Brand Building & Social Media Strategy
• Own Napstory’s social media presence, primarily Instagram, and build a distinctive, recognisable brand identity.




• Develop a content strategy that strengthens brand recall, engagement, community, and sales.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in fashion, lifestyle, pop culture, and social media and know which ones are worth turning into content.
• Ensure every piece of content feels unmistakably Napstory.

2. Content Creation & Creative Direction
• Lead the content calendar, from ideation and scripting to shoots, publishing, and performance analysis.
• Conceptualise high-impact Reels, carousels, campaigns, product stories, and relatable fashion and lifestyle content.
• Work closely with designers, photographers, creators, and the marketing team to bring ideas to life.
• Build a consistent visual language that makes Napstory instantly recognisable.

3. Influencer & UGC Marketing
• Identify and collaborate with relevant fashion, lifestyle, and micro-influencers.
• Develop creative briefs and influencer-led content strategies that feel authentic rather than o
