Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Sales Intern role at SOURCE-X™, focused on lead generation, field sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The role requires frequent field visits to prospective customers to identify business opportunities, build strong client relationships, convert leads into sales, and contribute to the organisation’s overall growth.

The intern will be responsible for developing both institutional and individual customer leads across India, targeting Super Stockists, Wholesalers, Distributors, HORECA businesses,



Food Manufacturers, Food Contract Manufacturers, and other institutional buyers. The role demands a proactive, result-oriented approach to market development, customer engagement, sales conversion, and business expansion.

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings.
• Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English (mandatory).
• Target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach.
• Solid communication, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills.

Designation:
Sales Intern – Field Sales & Business Development

Internship Duration:
2 (Two) months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment based on performance and organisational requirements.

Stipend & Performance-Based Incentives:
• Fixed Monthly Stipend: ₹5,000–₹7,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s skills and performance.
