About the Role
DTDC is looking for a Senior Brand Visualiser who can translate brand and communication objectives into compelling visual ideas and execute them across multiple formats.
This is not a traditional graphic design or video-editing role. We are looking for a visual thinker and storyteller who understands how to build a visual narrative, develop a creative direction and communicate an idea through design, imagery, typography, motion and video.
The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable conceptualising a campaign, creating its visual language, designing the static assets and bringing the idea to life through motion and video.
The role also requires strong hands-on knowledge of Generative AI and AI-powered creative workflows, including image generation, video generation, voice, avatars and prompt engineering.

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on brand, marketing and communication objectives.
• Translate a brief or business problem into a strong visual idea or creative concept.
• Develop Key Visuals (KVs), campaign territories, moodboards, storyboards and visual narratives.
• Decide how an idea should be communicated visually across different platforms and formats.
• Think beyond individual creatives and build connected visual systems for campaigns.
• Develop visual storytelling through composition, typography, imagery, colour, illustration, motion and sequencing.
• Present and communicate creative concepts clearly to internal stakeholders and explain the thinking behind the visual direction.
• Ensure that creative ideas are both conceptually robust and relevant to the DTDC brand.
