Role Description The Sales Executive role at LG Shopee is a full-time, on-site position based in Hubballi Urban. In this role, the Sales Executive is responsible for engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable LG home appliances and lifestyle products. Daily tasks include demonstrating product features, explaining promotions and financing options, preparing quotations and invoices, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.



The Sales Executive will also manage displays and stock on the showroom floor, follow up on leads, coordinate with the store and back-office team for timely deliveries, and meet individual and store sales targets. The role requires consistent professionalism, accurate record-keeping, and contribution to a positive, customer-focused store atmosphere.
Qualifications

• Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to understand customer needs, build rapport, and close sales responsibly.
• Basic retail and merchandising skills to manage product displays, inventory checks, and showroom presentation.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to explain product features clearly, handle questions, and resolve concerns professionally.
