We are seeking a Project Coordinator – Construction Management to support our Development and Asset Management teams in managing the administrative, contractual, and operational aspects of construction and tenant improvement projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven setting.

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development and construction management projects. This role focuses on maintaining accurate project documentation, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance across all project phases.

The candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, external consultants,



contractors, and vendors to streamline communication, track deliverables, and support successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Administration & Coordination:

• Draft, process, and track project contracts, change orders, and related documentation.
• Coordinate vendor and consultant activities to ensure timelines and compliance requirements are met.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility across platforms.
• Support project closeout processes, including documentation, reporting, and stakeholder handovers.

Project Management Support

• Maintain project schedules, trackers, and reports to monitor milestones, deliverables, and key activities.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action items to ensure accountability and progress.
