What You'll Do
• Develop and execute influencer campaigns aligned to brand and client objectives
• Identify, vet, and onboard influencers based on niche, audience quality, and real engagement
• Build lasting relationships with influencers for repeat, reliable collaborations
• Write compelling, personalized outreach
• Manage end-to-end communication: negotiation, follow-ups, query resolution




• Track content delivery and analyze campaign performance

What You Bring
• Any bachelor's degree
• 2–3 years in influencer marketing or adjacent work, digital marketing agency experience strongly preferred
• Sharp negotiation and relationship-building instincts
• Comfort juggling multiple live campaigns with tight timelines
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research and outreach drafts, but the actual relationship-building and negotiation stays genuinely human. Influencers can tell when a DM was copy-pasted from a prompt

Bonus Points
Experience with both paid and barter collaboration models. Agency experience specifically is a solid plus; running influencer campaigns for several unrelated brands at once is the actual job here.
