Role Description The Business Account Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida.



This role involves managing relationships with existing society and business clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention, and identifying opportunities to grow account value. The Business Account Manager will handle day-to-day communication with key stakeholders, coordinate onboarding and implementation of NoBrokerHood solutions, and resolve operational issues in collaboration with internal teams. The role includes tracking account performance, preparing reports and insights, and presenting value propositions and new features to clients. The Business Account Manager will also support business development activities, contribute to process improvements, and work closely with sales, product, and operations teams.
