We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Assistant Manager (Digital Marketing) with 4–5 years of relevant experience who can turn business objectives into content that captures attention, strengthens the brand, builds engagement, and drives measurable results.

This is a hands-on role with a solid focus on social media Reels and short-form video, along with ad copy, WhatsApp communication, blogs, website content, and other marketing assets.

We are looking for someone who can do more than execute briefs. You should be able to develop content strategy, take ownership of the brand voice, identify opportunities, experiment with new ideas, and use content to contribute to leads and revenue.

What You’ll Do

Develop and own the content strategy across social media, WhatsApp, blogs, website, email, paid campaigns, and other relevant channels.

Create high-performing social media content,



with a strong focus on Instagram and Facebook Reels, short-form videos, carousels, and posts.

Research and develop content ideas based on audience behaviour, industry trends, competitor activity, business goals, and changing social media algorithms.

Write scripts for Reels and short-form videos with strong hooks, storytelling, clear messaging, and effective CTAs.

Write compelling ad copy for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid campaigns.

Create WhatsApp marketing content including nurture campaigns, reminders, offers, promotional messages, and conversion-focused communication.

Write blogs, website content, landing-page copy, emails, and other marketing communication when required.

Build and maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, messaging style, and content identity across platforms and campaigns.

Ensure content remains aligned with the overall brand positioning while adapting communication appropriately for different platforms
