As we grow our B2B and SaaS client portfolio, we are looking for a performance marketing leader who can turn ad spend into qualified pipeline.

Role Overview

As Performance Marketing Manager, you will own paid acquisition strategy and execution for our B2B and SaaS clients. You will plan, launch and scale full-funnel campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and other channels, with a transparent focus on lead quality, cost per SQL/demo and pipeline contribution. You will also lead a small team of media buyers and act as the main performance advisor to client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning

Build quarterly and annual performance marketing plans for each B2B/SaaS client, aligned to their ACV, sales cycle and ICP. Design full-funnel paid strategies covering awareness, lead generation,



demo/trial acquisition and retargeting. Set channel mix, budgets, targets and forecasts (CPL, CAC, MQL-to-SQL rate, ROAS, pipeline).

• Campaign Execution & Optimisation

Manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen Forms, ABM, Conversation Ads), Meta Ads, and emerging channels (Reddit, Quora, G2/Capterra, programmatic). Continuously test audiences, creatives, copy, landing pages and bidding strategies, and document learnings. Work with the creative and content teams to produce high-converting ad creatives, gated assets, webinars and case-study-led campaigns.

Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google
