Role Description The Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Electrical Maintenance is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The role involves overseeing electrical maintenance activities for plant equipment and infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operations.



Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving electrical faults, planning and executing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, and monitoring power distribution systems and electrical safety compliance. The individual will coordinate with production and engineering teams for timely maintenance support, supervise technicians, manage maintenance documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes supporting electrical design modifications, optimizing energy usage, and ensuring adherence to relevant standards and organizational policies.
