Role Description This is a full time, on-site Accountant role based in Jamshedpur. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial transactions, including posting entries, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, tracking project costs,



and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The role involves preparing periodic financial reports, assisting with tax and statutory compliance, and coordinating with auditors and internal stakeholders. The Accountant will also help implement and maintain accounting controls, ensure accuracy of records, and support management with financial data for decision-making related to construction projects.
Qualifications

• Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, including preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and basic audit support processes relevant to construction or project-based businesses.
