We are looking for a talented nCino Developer with a total of 6 years of experience, including 5 years in Salesforce development and at least 1 year specifically on the nCino platform. You will design, develop, and implement applications on the nCino platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance existing systems and create new features that improve efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, configure, and customize applications on the nCino platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement new features and functionalities based on user feedback and business needs.
• Maintain and optimize existing nCino applications for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in application development.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for nCino applications.




• Stay updated with nCino releases and industry trends to leverage current capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
• Total of 6 years of experience in software development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
• At least 1 year of experience developing applications on the nCino platform.
• Strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• nCino certification is a plus.
• Experience with integration tools and APIs.
• Knowledge of database management (SQL, SOQL).
