Job Overview
Own learning and development across our hotels, from induction and role-based training to leadership development for department heads and GMs
Build and run practical training for Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping and service teams
Prepare teams for new property openings, so every guest meets the same Vesta welcome on day one
Support our quarterly quality audits and turn what they find into training that sticks
Who we’re looking for
8+ years in hotels or service-led F&B; and hospitality, with real ownership of training or people development
Someone who has worked the floor and is credible with a banquet captain and a general manager alike
A explicit, warm communicator, comfortable in Hindi and English
Ready to travel regularly between our properties
Location: Jaipur, with regular travel across our properties.
