Vieroots is looking for a few Perk Performer Sales Professionals for Consultative Selling of or Prestigious wellness and longevity program.

Job Position - Sales Closers

Must-have requirements
* 2–5 years of high-ticket consultative sales of a product or service priced at ₹50,000 or more, sold to individuals (B2C). Examples: education programs, coaching, premium health or wellness, insurance, wealth management, real estate, luxury or travel.
* A track record you can prove: monthly sales numbers, close rates or incentive payouts from a previous role.
* Closes on video and phone calls, not only face to face.
* Fluent spoken English. Malayalam and/or Hindi strongly preferred, given our customer base.
* Comfortable with targets and a fixed-plus-commission pay structure.
* Uses a CRM (Zoho, LeadSquared, HubSpot or similar), WhatsApp Business and Google Workspace without help.

Qualification:
* Graduate in any discipline.

Good to have
* A background in health, nutrition, fitness or life sciences, or a strong personal interest in wellness and biohacking
* Experience selling to business owners, doctors and senior professionals
* Training in a consultative sales method (for example SPIN Selling or NEPQ)
* Experience with webinar or event-based selling
