Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing all core HR functions for Covibe Coworking Space. The role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, and maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies,



coordinate performance management cycles, and support employee learning and development initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve handling employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role works closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and support the growth of both employees and the organization.
