Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth for NoBrokerHood in Gurugram through lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying prospective gated communities and housing societies, conducting meetings and product demos with decision-makers, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The role includes building and maintaining robust relationships with society management committees, understanding their needs, and tailoring NoBrokerHood’s solutions accordingly. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations, product, and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction. Regular reporting on performance metrics, market insights, and competitor activities, as well as participation in local events and outreach initiatives, will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
