Role Summary
A field-facing sales leader for BPL's Ultrasound business, responsible for driving business growth across an assigned territory while managing, guiding, and developing the sales team. The role involves building robust customer relationships,



identifying business opportunities, strengthening Ultrasound brand presence, and ensuring effective execution of the sales strategy within the territory.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Drive sales and business development activities across the assigned territory.
• Identify and prioritize key customers, prospects, and business opportunities.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet potential and existing customers.
• Present company offerings and strengthen BPL's brand presence in the market.
• Drive the sales team towards achieving assigned business objectives.

Team Management & Development
• Manage, guide, and provide overall direction to the sales team within the assigned territory.
• Support the team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
• Coach and train team member
