Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide L2 and L3 operational support for Ping Advanced Identity Cloud and related CIAM services.
• Onboard applications using standard SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect integration patterns.
• Analyze, triage, and resolve production incidents while restoring service availability within SLA targets.
• Deliver minor configuration and enhancement changes, including development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Identify manual process gaps, automate repetitive operational tasks, and prepare SOP documentation for service desk teams.

Skills Required:
• 4-7 years of experience in identity and access management operations, with relevant experience supporting Ping Advanced Identity Cloud, ForgeRock Identity Cloud, ForgeRock OpenAM, or comparable CIAM platforms.




• Hands-on experience with OAuth and OpenID Connect, including application integration and authentication flows.
• Practical experience with SAML-based application onboarding and federation support.
• Solid incident management experience in production identity and access management environments.
• Experience supporting CIAM and IAM platforms, including L2/L3 ticket resolution and operational troubleshooting.

Good to Have:
• Experience with JavaScript customization for identity journeys or application integrations.
• Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID and workforce access management solutions.

Education:
• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related discipline.
