Key Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with international buyers, importers, and distributors.
•⁠ ⁠Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
•⁠ ⁠Prepare export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and certificates of origin.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal teams for timely shipments.
•⁠ ⁠Manage export orders, shipment tracking, and customer delivery updates.




•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with banks for export payments, Letters of Credit (LCs), and outstanding payment follow-ups.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with export regulations and maintain accurate records.
•⁠ ⁠Prepare regular reports on sales, pending orders, and shipments.

Skills & Qualifications
•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
•⁠ ⁠Experience in export sales, documentation, or international logistics preferred.
•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, Letters of Credit, and customs documentation.
•⁠ ⁠Robust communication, negotiation, coordination, and customer relationship management skills.
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and ERP systems.
•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of the spice industry and HoReCa market is an advantage.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
