Role Description The Service Manager–Mutual Fund is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing end-to-end client servicing related to mutual fund investments. The role involves managing investor queries, processing transactions (such as purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIP registrations), and ensuring timely and accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.



The Service Manager will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, maintain service-level standards, and monitor client accounts to address discrepancies or issues proactively. Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed records, preparing service reports, supporting sales teams with post-sales service needs, and continuously improving client service processes. The role also requires building robust client relationships through clear communication, problem resolution, and a consistent focus on service quality
