Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused and target-oriented In-House Sales Executive to manage incoming sales inquiries and convert them into confirmed room bookings across Aspen Hospitality's portfolio of hotels and resorts.
The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, the company website and other online channels. The role requires excellent communication skills, prompt follow-ups, persuasive selling abilities and close coordination with resort operations to ensure a smooth booking experience.
The primary objective is to maximize inquiry-to-booking conversions, generate room revenue and deliver excellent customer service.





Key Responsibilities

Lead Management and Sales conversion
• Handle all incoming inquiries related to room bookings, resort packages, family stays, group bookings and special offers.
• Respond promptly to leads received through calls, WhatsApp, emails, website forms and other digital platforms.
• Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable properties and suggest appropriate room categories and packages.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication, follow-ups and negotiation.
• Follow up consistently with prospective guests until the inquiry is converted, lost or closed.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and revenue targets.

Customer Handling and Upselling
• Provide accurate information about room categories, tariffs, meal plans, amenities, activities, locations and property policies.
