Role Description The Telemarketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving outreach and engagement with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls to generate leads, presenting company services, qualifying prospects, and scheduling follow-up meetings for the sales team. The role involves handling inbound inquiries,



providing explicit and courteous information, and maintaining detailed records of interactions in CRM or call-tracking systems. The Telemarketing Specialist will collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support campaigns, achieve call and conversion targets, and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
