Role Description The City Business Manager – BTL is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram,



responsible for driving city-level business growth through Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing and community-focused initiatives. This role involves planning and executing local marketing campaigns, events, and activations within societies to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement. The City Business Manager will build and manage relationships with society management committees, resident welfare associations, and local partners to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking campaign performance, optimizing city-level strategies, coordinating with sales, operations, and central marketing teams, and ensuring effective on-ground implementation. The role also includes overseeing city budgets, managing field teams or vendors, and maintaining high standards of customer experience and compliance with company policies.
