Role Description The Paralegal role at P-Coder Technologies is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting legal and business operations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and organizing legal and corporate documents, assisting with contract drafting, and maintaining accurate records and files.



The role involves conducting legal and regulatory research relevant to software, technology, and service agreements, as well as reviewing documents for completeness, consistency, and compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. The paralegal will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, communicate clearly about legal requirements and risks, and help streamline legal workflows in a fast-paced digital setting.

Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Law, with knowledge of contracts, corporate, and technology-related legal concepts.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organizing agreements and supporting documentation.
• Experience in Research and Document Review, with the ability to analyze legal texts, identify issues, and verify accuracy and compliance.
