Job SummaryWe are looking for a result-oriented B2B Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth, develop corporate relationships, identify recent business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, client acquisition, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities and corporate clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients and key decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
• Develop sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve business targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations,



and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, sales presentations, and commercial agreements.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Maintain sales pipelines, customer databases, and periodic sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Track sales performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and guide the sales and marketing team, where applicable.
