Job Overview : Infinity Learn, an edtech venture backed by Sri Chaitanya’s 36+ years of educational expertise, is looking for a agile and target-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join its K-12 Education Program Division.The role involves B2B sales, school engagement, relationship management, lead generation, and the execution of offline Olympiads. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding schools, building relationships with school stakeholders, driving student participation, and ensuring the successful execution of the FREE SCORE / Genius Olympiad.Although the position offers WFH flexibility, regular travel to assigned schools within an approximate 200 KM radius of the base location is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Sales & School Relationship Management

• Identify, approach, and onboard schools for educational programs and offline Olympiads.
• Build relationships with Principals, Vice Principals, School Owners, Coordinators, Teachers, and Administrators.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to presentations, onboarding, and post-sales follow-ups.
• Conduct meetings, webinars, and program demonstrations for school authorities.
• Drive school signups and maximize student participation.
• Achieve the monthly target of 2,000+ student prelims from Grades 6–12.

2. Olympiad Execution & Field Operations

• Visit assigned schools regularly and coordinate examination arrangements.
• Work with school authorities and the Online Execution Team to finalize schedules, exam timings, and participation details.
• Conduct the FREE SCORE Olympiad as per the planned schedule.
