The Role

We’re looking for a Client Servicing & Marketing Manager who can own client relationships, translate briefs into explicit action plans and lead projects from the first conversation through execution and closure.

This role combines account management, brand understanding and project coordination, alongside supporting Nudge Asia’s marketing and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationships & Account Growth

Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
Take detailed briefs and define objectives, deliverables, budgets and timelines.
Lead client meetings,



presentations and regular project updates.
Identify opportunities for repeat business and introduce relevant agency services.
Address feedback and resolve concerns promptly.

Campaign Planning & Delivery

Translate client briefs into actionable direction for conceptualizers, designers, production and operations teams.
Work with creative teams to develop brand-relevant concepts, proposals and pitch decks.
Manage project schedules, approvals and deliverables across internal teams and vendors.
Attend site visits and oversee execution from a client servicing perspective.
Ensure the final experience meets the approved brief and quality expectations.
Prepare post-event reports covering results, feedback and learnings.

Commercial Management

Coordinate estimates, proposals, negotiations and scope confirmations.
Track purchase orders, advances, invoices and payment follow-ups with accounts.
Monitor budgets and margins
