Position- Team Lead (Charge Posting)
Timing-10:30 to 7:30PM(Morning)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Charge Posting/Charge Entry team.
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of charges as per client guidelines.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, TAT, SLA, and pending charges.
• Review CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, modifiers, POS, and charge-related errors.
• Conduct quality audits and provide coaching/feedback to team members.
• Handle escalations and coordinate with Coding, Billing, QA, and Operations teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOPs, and client requirements.
