· Drive sourcing of Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the Business Correspondent (BC) channel a
· Identify, onboard, and manage Business Correspondents, DSAs, and channel partners for consistent business flow.
• Achieve assigned disbursement and login targets for LAP products.

· Ensure adherence to KYC norms, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.
· Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
• Preferred Qualification: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Finance
• Required: 2-5 years of experience in sales within the BFSI sector (preferably in LAP, Mortgage Loans, or Secured Lending
