Role Summary:

The CRO Specialist is responsible for improving the conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and overall customer journey across both Shopify stores. This role combines data analysis, user behavior research, experimentation, and collaboration with design, development, and marketing teams to increase revenue without increasing advertising spend.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end Conversion Rate Optimization strategy for both Shopify stores.
• Analyze website performance using GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Shopify Analytics, and Meta data.
• Identify friction points across the customer journey and prioritize optimization opportunities.
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests on landing pages, PDPs, collection pages, cart, checkout, and navigation.
• Improve product pages through better layouts, trust signals, product descriptions, reviews, FAQs, and merchandising.
• Optimize mobile shopping experience and checkout flow.
• Work closely with the Shopify Developer to implement CRO recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to improve banners, CTAs, visuals,



and page layouts.
• Partner with the Performance Marketing team to ensure landing pages align with ad messaging.
• Improve Average Order Value (AOV) using bundles, upsells, cross-sells, and product recommendations.
• Conduct heatmap, session recording, and funnel analysis to understand visitor behavior.
• Track conversion metrics and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Stay updated on D2C, Shopify, UX, and CRO best practices.
