Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Corporate Sales Trainer in the Edtech/Education domain. The Corporate Sales Trainer will design, deliver,



and evaluate sales training programs tailored to corporate and education-sector teams, focusing on Aimlay’s services and solutions. Responsibilities include conducting classroom and workshop-style training sessions, developing training materials and sales playbooks, and reinforcing best practices in consultative selling and customer-centric communication. The role involves assessing team performance, identifying skill gaps, and collaborating with sales leadership to improve sales processes and customer service standards. The Corporate Sales Trainer will also track training outcomes, prepare reports, and continually refine training content to support revenue growth and learner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for inside sales & counselling teams
• Deliver training on sales process, communication skills, objection handling & customer engagement
• Design and deliver professional presentations using PowerPoint for training
