Role Description The Receptionist role at Nivora Space is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members, and maintaining a professional and welcoming front-office environment. Daily tasks include handling appointment scheduling, managing visitor logs, coordinating courier and mail services, and performing basic clerical and administrative support such as filing, data entry,



and document handling. The role also involves supporting internal teams with meeting room coordination, ensuring reception and waiting areas are organized, and providing courteous customer service to clients and vendors.
Qualifications
• Strong phone etiquette and proficiency in core receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front-desk operations.
• Solid clerical skills, such as basic computer literacy, data entry, filing, and handling routine administrative tasks.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
