Role Description
• Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounts activities, with a primary focus on invoicing, AR, collections, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and manage customer invoices, proforma invoices, credit notes, and debit notes for B2B clients.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, orders, and customer transactions.
• Track outstanding receivables and conduct regular AR ageing analysis.
• Follow up with customers via email and phone for timely payment of outstanding invoices.
• Perform customer ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Legal teams on billing and payment-related queries.
• Record and reconcile customer receipts and ensure accurate accounting entries.
