Role Description The Sales Executive (Field) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The role involves identifying and visiting potential customers, presenting rooftop solar solutions, and conducting site assessments to understand client requirements.



The Sales Executive will prepare and explain proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and follow up with prospects to close sales. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing customers, coordinating with technical and installation teams, and ensuring timely execution of projects. The role also requires tracking market trends, generating reports, and participating in local marketing and outreach activities to support business growth.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in field sales, customer relationship management, and handling end-to-end sales cycles.
• Ability to conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and present tailored rooftop solar solutions effectively.
• Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customer groups.
• Basic understanding of solar energy systems or willingness to learn technical concepts related to renewable energy.
