We are looking for a diligent, detail-oriented, and responsible ?????? ?????????? to join our Accounts & Finance function at our Zirakpur office.

The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintains accuracy in financial records, and understands the importance of timely documentation and process compliance.

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting financial records.
⠀
• Handle purchase and sales invoices, billing documentation, and expense entries.
⠀
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable, payment follow-ups, and vendor reconciliations.
⠀
• Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and verification of financial transactions.
⠀
• Support GST, TDS,



and other statutory accounting requirements, including documentation and return preparation.
⠀
• Maintain petty cash, employee reimbursements, advances, and expense records.
⠀
• Coordinate with internal departments and branch offices for invoices, payment approvals, and accounting documentation.
⠀
• Assist in monthly closing activities, financial reporting, and preparation of MIS statements.
⠀
• Ensure that all accounting records are accurate, properly filed, and readily available for review or audit.

• B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
⠀
• Preferably 1–3 years of practical accounting experience.
⠀
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP or equivalent accounting software.

• Familiarity with GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic statutory compliance.
⠀
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, reconciliations, and data managem
