We are looking for a creative and strategic content skilled who can help build Qurist’s voice, storytelling and digital presence across platforms.

About the Role

As a Content Strategist you will own the content strategy and day-to-day content direction for Qurist across social media and other digital channels.
You will work closely with the Marketing, Medical, Research, Founder's Office and leadership teams to translate complex healthcare, cannabis and wellness topics into content that is credible, engaging, easy to understand and culturally relevant.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both strategy and execution—someone who can develop a content idea, build the content calendar, brief the creative team, write strong hooks/scripts, coordinate production and track what is working.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy
• Develop and own Qurist’s monthly and quarterly content strategy.




• Build and manage the social media content calendar.
• Identify content pillars, themes, formats and opportunities relevant to Qurist’s audience.
• Develop content around medical cannabis, wellness, education, products, doctors, research, customer stories and brand storytelling.
• Ensure content remains aligned with Qurist’s brand positioning and communication guidelines.

Content Creation & Execution
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, captions, scripts and content briefs.
• Work closely with graphic designers, videographers and other content creators.
• Drive short-form video and Reels content from ideation to execution.
• Identify opportunities for educational, entertaining, founder-led and trend-led content.
• Ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of content.

Social Media
• Own the day-to-day content direction across relevant platforms.
