SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

The Lead – Strategy supports formulation and execution of corporate and business strategies. The role drives strategic planning, market intelligence, and cross-functional strategic initiatives to enable sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Financial / Functional perspective

• Support long-term revenue and profitability goals through strategic initiatives
• Develop business cases and financial models for current opportunities
• Monitor performance of strategic projects against financial targets
• Support investment prioritization and resource allocation

Customer Perspective

• Enhance market positioning and customer value propositions
• Support strategic partnerships and alliances
• Build confidence among internal stakeholders through strategic clarity
• Represent strategy function in cross-functional forums





Internal Process Perspective

• Support corporate strategy and annual business planning
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Track execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programs
• Prepare strategy dashboards and management reports
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments
• Coordinate with business heads for strategy implementation

Learning & Growth / Developmental Perspective

• Build analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
