Role Summary:
The Middle School Geography Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging geography lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum, developing students’ understanding of physical and human geography, and fostering curiosity about the environment, maps, and the world around them.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons aligned with board requirements.
• Develop students’ understanding of physical geography, human geography, maps, climate, resources, and the environment.
• Use interactive teaching methods, maps, atlases, digital tools, and practical activities to enhance learning.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to monitor student progress.
• Maintain accurate academic records and track students’ performance.




• Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
• Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, interdisciplinary projects, and school initiatives.
• Participate in professional development, school events, and co-curricular activities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject with Bachelor of Education.
• 2–5 years of teaching experience at the middle school level (Grades 6–8).
• Robust subject knowledge and passion for teaching adolescents.
• Effective classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning, student growth, and school community.
