We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and result-oriented Senior HR Executive who can independently manage HR operations, strengthen employee discipline, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.
• Coordinate manpower planning with department and branch managers.
• Ensure timely hiring for sales, service, spare parts, and administrative departments.

2. HR Operations & Payroll
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs through Keka HRMS.
• Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR reports.
• Coordinate PF, ESI, professional tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.

3. Employee Relations & Discipline




• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts professionally.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across all branches.

4. Performance Management
• Coordinate employee performance appraisals, KRAs, and KPIs.
• Track employee productivity, probation reviews, and performance improvement plans.
• Support management in developing a performance-driven work culture.

5. Training & Employee Development
• Identify training requirements in coordination with department heads.
• Organize induction, skill development, and employee engagement activities.
• Support employee retention and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
