Business Development Associate (BDA)
Role Summary
We are looking for a high-performing and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) with 6 months to 2 years of experience in EdTech Direct Sales and/or Team Handling.
In this role, you will
engage with prospective students, understand their career goals, recommend suitable courses, address queries, nurture leads through timely follow-ups, and convert prospects into successful enrollments.
You will also maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, draft professional email communications, leverage AI tools to improve productivity, and build long-term relationships with students by providing personalized guidance throughout their enrollment journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
• Understand student requirements and career aspirations to recommend suitable learning pathways.
• Explain course offerings, curriculum details, and post-program career opportunities.




• Guide students toward the right learning path based on their educational or qualified background.
• Follow up consistently with interested candidates and drive successful enrollments.
• Maintain accurate lead information and regularly update the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Draft professional and structured emails for follow-ups, documentation, and formal communication.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT (or similar) to improve communication, follow-up workflows, and daily productivity.
• Build trust and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students.

Requirements
• Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years in EdTech Direct Sales and/or Team Handling.
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
• Excellent email writing skills with clear and professional communication.
• Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms.
